The feds are looking at him in the '01 John John Jarjosa hit & the '02 Gerry Bianchette hit. Jackie had altercations with John John's dad and Gerry himself in the weeks before both were clipped. I think his dustup with Bianchette was actually only a few days prior to Bianchette getting whacked.

Jackie made his bones on the 1985 Pete Cavataio hit. His name has popped up in the '85 "Harry Mack" investigation too. I don't belivee he was the triggerman in either of the '85 hits but was present and involved in the conspiracies. The feds believe he ordered Jarjosa hit and organized Bianchette hit on behalf of Jack Tocco.

Is there new evidence to come about? What does this IRS case and those hits have to do with each other? Is this there way of putting pressure on him, indirectly?
