Detalis from Nypd report named as: inteligence report on Angelo Moe Presenzano. Date February 6 1976.
1.Angelo '' Moe'' Presenzano is known to this department under B#71432 Dob 12/24/1908 reside at 7 Stanley cicle Long Island. Presenzano is undisclosed operator of Paris bar and grill 116 south street N.Y.C.. Subject operates two autos. A 1975 Chevrolet Reg 306 YMO, and Pontiac Reg
#620 XWU. Listes as a member of Bonanno family has an arrest records which date to 1925 and includes arrest for homocide and narcotic violation. In 1965 it was noted that Presenzano was a customer of Acindina Allaband DOB 3/4/1933 reside 52nd Street, Brooklyn Nyc.A well documented by law enforcement as someone who engaging in sadistic sexual activity's in exchange for money.In addition it Is reported that Presenzano is the cousin of Carmine Galante, the reputed '' boss'' of the Bonanno family, and that individuals wishing to conduct Business with Galante must do so through Presenzano. Further more, it Is alleged that Galante is out of town for any reason, it Is Presenzano who Is in charge. Surveillance conducted on Paris bar and grill. Presenzano arrived approximately 1030 hous daily, driving one of mentioned autos.At the approximately the same time daily Antonio Richard Bonacci bearing sad facial expression, word on the street heavy drinking is most likely the reason.Around same time Joe Chilli is there. Subsequent to the arrival of these three the late model autos were observed arriving with their occupants. Then entering the bar. Among these visitors were:Santo Patti, Petey Lion, Joseph macola, Alphonse Indelicato, Bruno Indelicato, Butty Pollastrino, Joe Turano, Sal Di Pietro, Charlie Palermo. The general feeling is that Santo Patti (listed as Gambino) James Decicco, Tony Mirra are the ones who are close to Presenzano. In this report Presenzano is listed as reputed under boss of family. It became apparent during these obaervations Angelo Moe Presenzano is the man of prominence in Galante operation. Most of the people mentioned on this report showed up almost daily at Paris bar and grill to speak with Presenzano. When the subject wastailled to other locations he was greeted with the respect only accorded high placed organised crime figure. The opinion of investigative officers that Presenzano and people around him would make perfect target for in depth investigation Harold Konigsberg report dated 7/29/65 state that Presenzano and Tony Lisi were involved in 1946 homocide. He belived victim was killed in vicinity of Cherry or Market street,but at this time doea not recall name or circumstances. According to Konigsberg Presenzano and Lisi have the reputation of having killing many people in former years.

Also i forgot to mention Anthony Vigneri was serious hitman apparently with no arrest records according to informant which i doubt, but newer saw arrest photos of him, just the ones from his fbi interviews where he was really upset.

The homicide that Presenzano and Lisi were involved in was that of Anthony “Babe’ Imperiale. They were both arrested, and I believe the police were searching for Michael Consolo as well. Not sure what became of the case, but it seems the charges were dropped.

Did you get the photo from the report as well? Did you file a FOIA?

Photo is from his fbi files.but i was just requesting HQ photos of Presenzano. Not textual records.i would like to see textual records on him but i dont have nerve to wait for like year or more for 500 pages. Report is from Nypd. Apparently Bonacci was serious gambler,unstable guy, hijackings was his job.

Listen buddy. I meant just how i said it. The document are like this and that's that. LCN have all kind and types of people from weak guys, tough guys, smart guys,stupid guys, good people, less good people,bad people, evil people and list could be from here to China. FWIW, there were certainly other guys in the mob who were sadistic psychos. Sam DeStefano was a very notable example, though it has been alleged that Chicago wouldn’t induct him because he was such a nut, despite being a huge earner. You also had several Chicago members who took part in the brutal murder of Action Jackson in the 60s, which very much crossed the line from instrumental use of violence for punishment to gruesome and sadistic torture. I doubt that only Chicago had sick freaks like this in the ranks.
