One case he had a guy on the inside, the others were real, although the prosecutors try to say any case he beat was fixedStroccos wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2020 9:37 amis the only reason gotti beat the other cases is because they bought the jury ? does anyone know did he actually win any of those legimate?bronx wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2020 9:02 am Sam was not charged with the 19 plots at that time, he confessed to them after he flipped , the tapes convict them, how in the world could sam take the fall for it and gotti get off??? laughable ..gotti's mouth doomed them..then sam doomed the rest of the family and guys in other families.if sam wanted to break from gotti ,he could have his attorney try to plea out and tell gotti im not going to let you do what you did to genie and john.or after he heard the tapes of gotti thinking about killing him told him your on your own frank and i are pleading out, tommy gambino plead out in that case.

Re: The John Alite Question
Pretty sure they were all fixed. In the first case that guy was intimidated to recant his ID of Gotti as the guy who beat him up. In the other two they got to a juror.

Re: The John Alite Question
corrrec t it was the assault case
Re: The John Alite Question
In the assault case the guy just got scared when he found out who Gotti was. The other jury trial was not fixed, and the trial where he got convicted was fixed---in the prosecutions favor.

Re: The John Alite Question
My memory was jazzy so I looked it up. All this supposedly from Raab.
The Assualt case.
The third case.
The Assualt case.
When the trial began in March 1986, Piecyk testified he was unable to remember who attacked him. The case was promptly dismissed, with the New York Post summarizing the proceedings with the headline "I Forgotti!"[47][75] It was later revealed that Gambino thugs had severed Piecyk's brake lines, made threatening phone calls and stalked him before the trial.[76]
The third case.
Gotti was released on $100,000 bail, and was later acquitted at trial.[112] It later emerged, however, that FBI bugs had apparently caught Gotti discussing plans to fix the jury as he had in the 1986–87 racketeering case. However, to the outrage of Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau and state organized crime task force chief Ronald Goldstock, the FBI and federal prosecutors chose not to reveal this information to them. Morgenthau later said that had he known about these bugged conversations, he would have asked for a mistrial.

It is but it cites Raab as the source for it. I haven't read his book so don't know how accurate it is but I vaguely remember reading the claim on the third trial.

Re: The John Alite Question
I had not tuned into the John Alite Fantasy show in awhile and checked out a few episodes to help me get to sleep. It's hilarious, he's now selling autographed bats (bobby luisi selling autographed knives as well on his ratcast) and he's then telling stories about times he proudly batted people. His eyes light up with so much pride when he talks about batting people, now he's selling them and meanwhile pretending this is all a big message for the kids? Those generic Louisville Sluggers don't seem to be the message any non retard would want to get across, he's turning out to be the biggest fraud we have. That being said, he can tell a story with good details and he has good production, it's just that most of the stories seem to be made up
Send word to Vladimir that you have his money, that he should come to the club tomorrow. We'll take care of the rest

Re: The John Alite Question
Even in Brazil people do not believe him, he tells several lies from the jail here, saying that the guards raped the prisoners and that hundreds died a day, nobody believes him.
