Maybe we can make this a thread. Anyone wanting to discuss the latest article like myself can do so here.
He says Mancuso wrote a letter to a Lucchesse members "very attractive" wife of Joe Relay Lubrano. Was that maybe why Madonna got pissed off and did not recognize Mancuso, is because Mancuso was I guess writing letters to a Lucchesse members wife?
*i wonder what it said, and what made him say "rat.."
She also dated Mancuso and Joey Cupcakes and Meldish.
Anybody heard of Mike Facita?
At the end he says "may god rest the souls"
Is he implying a Spirito family member JR or SR had something to do with all those hits?
Put on the shelf and stripped of the membership.
Does that mean once you are OFF the shelf you are still stripped of your made member status? Or there is no coming back from the shelf?
It says Spirito SR and Amuso were in prison together?
Would the BOP actually put those guys in the same cell block knowing who they are? I mean out of all tje prisons...

Re: Sitdown news discussion...Questions
There's some discussion in the Bonanno chart thread about the Facita thing:

Regarding the murders, Spirito Sr was on the Sciascia hit and we have the theory that the Seccafico murder stemmed from his beef with the Spiritos. Think the Meldish RIP is just because he was mentioned in the article. Not sure why the three capos got a shout out. Maybe just because they're famous Bonanno hits. Pennisi knew Giaccone's son.
Think "put on the shelf and stripped of membership" is just clumsy wording. Shelved members still count as members and they can be re-instated in good standing. On some occasions shelved members have been officially re-instated at induction ceremonies.
Think Spirito was held at least at Fairton and Fort Dix during the 2010s, don't know where Amuso was off the top of my head. Spirito was at least jailed with Bobby Manna for a time.
