I'm rereading Johnny Martorano's Hitman book and came across something I hadn't noticed before. It says that rumor has it Ray Patriarca Sr died after having a heart attack while getting a blowjob. Has anyone else heard this before?

side note: How active do we think Jimmy Martorano and Jackie Salemme are in the last few years or so? I know theyre old, but do you think they live somewhat comfortably? Or are they aging brokesters, who can't make money the way they used to? Would love to hear some thoughts!

I realize he was in poor health his death wasn't sudden, but my question is did the heart attack that killed him occur during a BJ? I just wasn't sure if this rumor pops up anywhere other than Martorano's book.

Never heard that and I would assume we would have heard that before.

Yes it's true ray sr suffered a heart attack while with his mistress and its been widely rumored it happened while engaging in some sort of sexual activity. I believe the media drew that conclusion namely Howie Carr

John Martorano seems to be living life like any blue collar retire. Don't know the details to his finances but he's seems comfortable and content.

John got money from his book and the gov't I believe. I know these days he lives in a nice town. Was more curious about Jimmy. But do you think Jimmy and his brother are still close? Or was Jimmy forced to disassociate himself because John flipped, even though he didnt give the gov't anything involving his brother.

Everything I've ever heard or read supports that. He was a mans man and was respected nationwide. Ran his borgata the way you should. People sleep on his 30 plus year reign. One of the best bosses in LCN history IMO
