Some sources says Sinatra gave it to Luciano and some says Luciano gave it to Sinatra. Which one is true or the is the story even true?

I've read Sinatra was burried with a gold lighter that Luciano gave to him but I've read it on mafiawiki and it's not a quite trustworthy source in my opinion. I don't know how close they were, though but I doubt they were tight. Jimmy Frattiano said Siantra liked hanging out with them, ''wise guys''. My take from that is Sinatra was wannabe , Jimmy implied that too. He said ''He wanted to take picture with us at at the Westchester Premier Theater. I doubt Lucky would enjoy hanging out with mob fan therebefore I do think Sinatra gifted him that gold lighter.

Does anyone has any information about that situation?
