It depends on the time, the location, the people involved, but there are many examples how the mob was both. Most mafia members were not good earners.

Unrelated to the conversation but how do I view the mugshot section? I've seen a comment of soliali, saying you need 36 but I've over 60 yet I can't view it.

Most made guys are far from rich, especially nowadays. Back before legalized gambling, state lotteries, and payday loan companies, there were far more opportunities to earn, but even then most members were middle class, at best.

Is Steven Frangipani a made guy or a close friend of Joey? I've seen tons of picture of him and Joey and I know they did a time together but still don't know if he's a made or not.

Last time I've seen him ID'd was over a decade ago, and he was an associate back then.

I doubt any black gangster ever had more power than Italians. Italians always held in leash the blacks and still holding. Black gangsters are street guys, they don't think, they don't use their brains, all they do is fucking around and killing people.

Maybe he got from Johns Hopkins. Something like this might have happened, let's say they were all sitting at a bar, drinking . little bit wasted and Dom said ' Im gonna invest on something and gonna be entrepreneur' and let's say Steve Mazzone said 'who the fuck do you think your are? Johns Hopkins? And somebody put Mr instead of Johns. I'm forcing too much, I know but everything can happen in this world.

Question to Solei (or the board if they have the answer):

Why are links to Scott Burnstein articles banned? I was unaware, as it also appears, is Scott.

Thanks.
