So I was looking for their case online to see the status bc they got pinched in Dec of 2019 and it's over a year later and still nothing. I did come across a document from the NY CITY BIC. (And if I knew how to download it on here I would) it says LMC Truckimg Corp was denied a waste removal license bc of organized crime ties which is dated July 2020.
William Cioffi seemed to be giving testimony beginning in Feb 2019. He stated his words not mine- "he paid member of the Gambino crime family $2000 at Christmas time to go on record with him and he gave it to a Frank Carbone who was a "caporegime" and died in 2018. Anyone ever hear of this guy? Seemed like another sleeper to me. Maybe not to you. Also,
•paid Joseph Sabella (from the Porky Zancocchio case) $5000 at a time 10-20 times to get work.
Joe Sabella is a bonnano I thought? Cioffi is a Gambino guy paying the Gambinos and the Bonannos? Why not just be on record with the one family?
Interesting facts and names we never heard of regarding Gambino member Frank Camuso

I didn’t know Camuso was indicted. The Dec 2019 bust involved Andrew Campos. Do you mean him?

Nice find Tony. Camuso wasn't pinched though, Capeci wrote that him and his crew are under investigation. Not surprising to see Sabella involved Camuso is close to some Bonanno members including Porky who he owns a restaurant with.

In fact, William Cioffi admitted that he paid a member of the Gambino crime family $2,000 at Christmastime to go on record with him. The individual he paid was Michael Carbone – who, until his death in September 2018, was a “caporegime” (also known as a “capo” or “captain”) in the Gambino crime family.

It's crazy that Michael Carbone died a capo without any of us knowing him, wouldn't think that possible in this day and age.

who the F is Michael Carbone? Is he related to John Carbone of the Colombos? John/Giovanni Carbone does have 2 other brothers . Speculation and maybe a stretch, but just curious. Anyone know?
