John Alite doesn't even try to keep the lies straight. Most people wouldn’t want people to know they did bad things, they would want to downplay it but Alite is just the opposite, he wants people to believe he was an even bigger bad guy than he was.

He's going to end up shooting himself in the foot because people won't keep tuning into ongoing bullshit.

Now, if he has an interesting guest, people will tolerate it. But they've had a dry spell now for a while. And Alite telling fishing stories isn't going to keep them coming back.

Alite reminds me of something like an SNL satire. From what I’ve read that has been confirmed to be true Alite already has a (relatively) interesting story he’s just embellished it so much to the point it’s laughable. Everything I see him in is just him constantly trying to validate himself and using other peoples names to do so. From my experiences, when you know you're the real deal you don't need the recognition of others to solidify that knowledge.John Alite and Gene Borrello are so annoying with their “I am Albanian blood,I was the last tough guy, present day LCN are soft, I am the last violent Italian American in New York, they are all pussies” routines.

Honestly wonder what they’re gonna do when Alite and Gene run out of stories. They burnt the bridge with Franceze but Gravano seems to follow them both on Instagram so maybe he’ll come on the show and have Alite suck him off like how he’s been doing for a lot of his interviews

I forgot which Alite interview I was watching but he was acting all tough saying Gravano should’ve killed Gotti in prison as if that would make anything better.

They will have to release some videos of Turchi and some other ones that are only to paid members otherwise they will start losing subscribers on YouTube and the algorithms won't do them any favors after that.

It takes John & Gene months to reach at least 30k viewers in most videos. I saw Gravano had 60K in 2 hours.

Weird how Gravano never mentioned Alite in his debriefings to the FBI after he flipped. You would think he would mention this arch-criminal who was making millions of dollars selling drugs and also was a hitman for John Gotti himself.

Alite is about as low as you can get on the Mafia totem pole......AND he’s a rat. And he’s not even Italian. The guy was basically the janitor, but wants people to believe he was as important as the Boss. Alite feels compelled to exaggerate what was an unremarkable criminal career because being honest about being a bottom of the foodchain thug isn't good enough for his delusions of grandeur. I’m also not saying the guy isn’t tough and doesn’t have balls, but he’s just not high on the importance totem pole of The Mafia, as he tries to make himself seem. His buddy Gene Borello is even worst, guy was very low-level and acts like he was a veteran of the life.

maybe it's because I'm closer to him in age , I dunno, but I 'connect' much better with Gene than Alite and would much rather hear Gene talk about his experiences, even if they are hyped up a little, biased, whatever. Hearing about Gene riding around Queens collecting money, having to deal with Asaro when Ronnie G was locked up, little things like that - much better than hearing about Alite repel off of a flying helicopter during the robbery of a metric ton of cocaine like he was on Seal Team Six.

But yeah, you're totally right. That's what I'm saying. Gene's gotta be sitting there laughing in his head half the time. Anyone with a brain would be.
