If we're going by the Miriam Websters definition below, it's not difficult to figure out what family most fits that description.
resilient
adjective
re·sil·ient | \ ri-ˈzil-yənt \
Definition of resilient
: characterized or marked by resilience: such as
a: capable of withstanding shock without permanent deformation or rupture
b: tending to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change

So wiaeguy are you insinuating its the Genovese?
Re: Ths Mosf Rezilliant family in LCN still alive today?
I made a point about the definition we're going with so people aren't talking past each other about different things. Going by the definition I posted, its undoubtedly the Genovese.
However, another definition is not so much to withstand the damage but to recover after the fact. That would probably be Philly. All their internal murders, more members flipped than any other family (including administration), and all the prosecutions...a small family like that should be dead. I don't think they're operating at a level some others do but that they're still around at all is pretty remarkable.

Patriarchs have had loads of rats, how strong are they, about the same as Philly?

In my opinion it is the Colombos. Colombo/Profaci family weakened themselves with civil wars pretty much over their entire existence. They had 3 internal wars. Every leader or opposition to the current leadership in the Colombo family was toxic. They were the cause of their own demise, because those who made moves to take the top spot, were only thinking of the throne, and not the family as a whole. They still exist. They're still around.

Bob Luisi says the Philly Boston crew was more powerful than the Patriarchas and says he believes they still are to this day make of that what you willTommyGambino wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 7:37 pm Patriarchs have had loads of rats, how strong are they, about the same as Philly?

That's a straight up lie or he's disabled. I don't even think it exists anymore and the patriarchs have what, 40 membersDave65827 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 7:44 pmBob Luisi says the Philly Boston crew was more powerful than the Patriarchas and says he believes they still are to this day make of that what you willTommyGambino wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 7:37 pm Patriarchs have had loads of rats, how strong are they, about the same as Philly?

More like 30. Maybe less. But Luisi's claim is still absurd.TommyGambino wrote: ↑Thu Jan 07, 2021 8:02 pmThat's a straight up lie or he's disabled. I don't even think it exists anymore and the patriarchs have what, 40 members

I have 31 confirmed members on my list with a handful of possible members. So about 40 or just under 40 members seems about right. Either way Luisi's claim is just silly. Even in the late 1990s he ran a small rag tag crew that had little going on in terms of rackets. Nevermind whoever is left now.
