I too have had Covid back in September after working Hurricane Laura in Orange Texas. This shit ain't nothing to play with. I had the worst exhaustion I've ever had in my life (10x worse than when I spent a week in the hospital with pneumonia) and I ran fevers for two weeks that would run for 10-12 hours that I couldn't break for shit. I walk 6-8 miles a day so I'm in fairly good shape between that and my job and this royally kicked my ass.

My old man is 72 and over 300, chain smokes about 2 packs a day and he caught it from me. I was able to get him on that cocktail of Vitamin C, D3 and Zinc. I generally don't believe that bullshit with drug cocktails like that but he was able to beat me back to health yet I'm 100x better of health wise over him except I'm diabetic and he's not. He caught it two days after having contact with me and beat me to health by about two days as well so it definitely works if you're stuck at home with this bullshit. We've been so damn busy during Hurricane season it's a surprise more of us didn't catch it as I've been to Texas about 4 times, Louisiana twice (including riding out the last hurricane that hit NOLA which blew my a/c unit into my room and the eye went right over us), OKC and Cleveland since August.

I try to naturally eat the key vitamins but D is tough to eat in the winter

Several studies point to low Vit D and high sugar content in blood causing severe disease

That’s good news for your old man , must have been scary when he got it . My Mom has diabetes which tends to result in severe cases. I know 3 people that died and it’s a horrible death , struggling for air for weeks. I’m early 40s and very healthy but I keep hearing more and more bad stories about some healthy 40 YOs and this. Hopefully in 4 mo it’s all over

Heard that green tea, dark chocolate and muscadine grapes slow down the virus from replicating. This was done in lab. Not scientifically proven on humans Ive been drinking a couple of cups of green tea a day since I read that. I dont know if it will keep me from catching it, but it cant hurt.

Wow he is in great shape. But if he had high blood pressure doesn't matter what shape you are in. High Blood Pressure is one of the leading underlying illnesses in Covid deaths for all ages.
