Hired_Goonz wrote: Tue Dec 29, 2020 6:28 pm Thanks for breaking down these chapters for us. I just pray that one day this book gets a proper translation into English! One thing in that recent chapter that isn't correct though is that bit about Salvatore Brunetti receiving Hells Angels membership in 2018. He got it back in 2000 when the HA were offering patch-for-patch to the Rock Machine in an attempt to end the war. Brunetti wasn't a Rock Machine but he was a big time drug dealer and a boss in the Alliance against the HA. The error could be due to translation somehow though in fairness.
I think Brunetti was a key member of Dark Circle, he was the one who betrayed the group to the Hells Angel's, told them who the leaders were. I read it as they rewarded him with a full patch.

And you are correct, the translation falters in certain places, it's one of the reasons I started to put the Chapters up, to be sure I'm not misreading anything, and also so everyone can have access to the same information and draw their own conclusions. We can come to a better consensus that way, I think.
Yep you're right he was a part of the infamous Dark Circle, but he wasn't the only one who took advantage of the HA's offer in late 2000 to Rock Machine members for an immediate full patch if they betray their "brothers". Several guys did including Sasquatch Porter and Nelson Fernandez along with Brunetti. That's how the Rockers and Nomads had photos and addresses of Alliance members when the cops burst in on that meeting in a hotel room. Anyway I don't want to derail the thread any further - although all this stuff is related of course, can't try to really discuss the milieu today without an understanding of how the biker war played out - but thanks again for posting the excerpts from this book!

Salvatore Cazzetta is another Rock Machine member that became a Hells.

Great info in this thread, thanks!

Was that the end of the book? If so, thanks, it was great information!

Just didn't realize that was the conclusion, thank you again

Lol, that sounds terrible. I can appreciate the time it must take to translate, organize and then present for the board to observe. I’ll assume the 4 remaining chapters will be just as insightful. Hopefully, the upload goes smoothly!

The publisher currently has no plans to produce an English translation
