Mike vs Mike
Michael Nose Mancuso vs Big Mike Desantis? Who has more power today out of these 2? They Lukes has historically been a bigger and more powerful family but I feel like the Bonannos have made a little comeback since Massino.
If nobody sees it, it didn't happen.

Larry Zannino Boston capo with the Patriarcas. Highly feared and respected in his day.

Re: Mike vs Mike
Probably Mancuso, considering that he is an official boss and DeSantis is only acting.JakeTheSnake630 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 7:46 am Michael Nose Mancuso vs Big Mike Desantis? A better question is: who is getting indicted first? I can't imagine either of these guys lasting more than a couple/few more years on the street. Just imagine how many people around them are CIs.

Mancuso. He’s official boss and plus the Bonanno’s have more made guys than the Lukes.

Re: Mike vs Mike
That is a good question. I imagine Mancuso getting indicted first. My guess is that the feds are building a massive racketeering case against the Bonanno’s rn. They’ve been investigating Mancuso for a while and they have him on tape talking about a beating he ordered in 2011. I have a feeling the next Bonanno indictment is going to be a big one.Hired_Goonz wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 9:09 am A better question is: who is getting indicted first? Gonna be hard for the feds to pin a lover's dispute into a rico act. They will be that's not what the law was made for. Mike knows girlfriend was fucking around on him well hes in jail. They shouldn't be able to make that a bonanno family issue predicate act. But it will be in the indictment whenever it comes

The feds were likely monitoring most if not all of Mancuso’s phone calls in prison. Who knows what incriminating stuff Mike might’ve said over the phone.Pmac2 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 9:22 am Gonna be hard for the feds to pin a lover's dispute into a rico act. Regarding the Meldish assault, did the statue of limitations run out? I think the statue of limitations for assault in ny is 5 years. Not sure.

They had there chance with the bonannos and they bombed that case.
There was four big cases of 2019.
-East Coast Lcn - small sentences some already coming home.
-bonannos - camaranno et al.
Feds lost but they were supposedly put on shelf after.
-lukes we all know.
-genovese bust was Chins son.
He pled guilty??

I don't think it works that way with RICO. As long as they can show that you're still a part of the overall criminal conspiracy within the last 5 years, it doesn't matter how long ago you committed an individual crime that is listed as a predicate act. As an example look how they tried to nail Asaro for the Lufthansa heist more than 30 years after it happened.slimshady_007 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 10:04 am Regarding the Meldish assault, did the statue of limitations run out?
