Ralph Natale testified that Martin Angelina, George Borgesi, Michael Lancellotti and Steven Mazzone were present as inducted members at his initiation ceremony in late 1994. Merlino got out of prison November 1994 and in November 1995 Kitty Caparella reported that Angelina, Borgesi, Lancellotti and Mazzone had been inducted "within the past year." So it appears they got made in that small gap between Merlino getting out of prison and Natale being made.

No he was made in 1996 by Ralph Natale.

Johnny Chang might be the only ceremony that happened while Natale was on the street as boss
