Phil Narducci

Anyone know his involvement in today’s Philly family? Half the things you read say he’s involved, and the other half of people say he’s not involved with the family at all.

I lean that he’s not involved. It seems that he was maybe involved when he first got out of prison in 2012, and was running things out of a nightclub. But he seems to just be a restaurateur at this point. But who the fuck knows. He’s not hurting for money I’ll tell you that.

He was recently busted for loansharking with an associate so he was involved at least up to that point.

Phil smashed the rats head into a windshield of a parked car over a pretty big loan over a 100 grand , They got Phil on tape , He was made went through a war and had killed ,Phil Did mad time , His father was was killed, A lot of inter net pictures show he is around some questionable characters at the least (bookies and associates) if you weigh this and go by stats from the last 30-40 years it hard to go100% straight with out flipping and being away from the MOB, Phil has Mob blood in his heart not ever gonna be 100% out

Prior to the recent jail time he was always at the restaurant, I been there at least a dozen times and he was always posted up by the end of the bar. However there was usually a bunch of guys hanging around him, it is philly so they could all have just grown up together

Of course he is still involved and kicking up. If he wasn't involved he would not be making loans on the street and trying to collect. Why even do that if you not involved. Come on !

What he calls being "out" and what some on here would call being out are 2 different things....

When your "in the life" everyday ppl come to you with some kind money pitch..... loans.... scores... etc.

And to a ex MOBSTER .... going legit is owning a restaurant and not focusing ALL his attention to crime.

But when you live your whole life in something it just comes naturally and isnt as much a big deal to you.

For example.... my car wash is a LEGIT CAR WASH yet sometimes ppl come in and sell (possibly stolen) Rims, or whatever a lot. Like at least once a week.....

Some on here would call that being involved in something.... some wouldn't.....

Get what I'm saying?? These are LIFE STYLES where it's not all black and white

I wonder where the rumor started he hates merlino. How would we know that. What if hes happy just being left alone and not active but good standing in the family. If he hated merlino why did his nephew just get inducted into the family in the last few yrs.

Narducci is an innocent man. He loaned a friend some money, nothing to see here. The man helps runs a fishing charter and a restaurant! Phil is 110 percent legit!

Phil got made in 86 by scarfo then the books were closed till stands took over in 91 92 and merlino gets made. It was like he was made 20yrs ahead of him. Think there both the same age. If narducci really hated someone I would think it was scarfo and even the pung brothers who killed his dad or were on the scene.
