Thank you. I appreciate that even if you don't agree...lol.
I also don't agree with your opinions in general about these Mafia guys & in particular about Locascio (as you know). However, I do respect your "Rebel" tenacity and am amazed at the amount of time you put into it. Hopefully, you can make some money from writing about your cause.

Appreciate that too. But with Locascio it's not necessarily that I'm advocating for him. It's more the process. If the evidence is there that he wasn't involved then he shouldn't be punished. As is the case with any of them. Gather the evidence and present it in an ethical way not using shady tactics and informants. Or as in Crea's case convict a guy on some BS jury instruction because the only evidence that exists is a hearsay statement from a jailhouse snitch.

And there's no money in writing about Italians. If i took a different angle maybe. And I suppose if I approached it generally from a general judicial process kind of way, I could pitch some outlets...but unfortunately, the freelance market is dried up. Even the SEO content writers are having a hard time now...lol.

So, right now it's a labor of strong belief.

In fact one guy's court appointed lawyer told me I should focus my "talents" on making a real difference...so (and it wasn't any of the main guys I write about)

Also I want to mention because some of you might find this interesting is that I've been trying to buy advertising on various outlets..Reddit and the New Rochelle Patch and they denied me. This seriously just for the book which I don't really understand and they don't respond. But also FB which I can boost some posts after fighting with them when they were rejecting even simple historical ones, but in order to promote the podcast I have to verify my identity and have to send in a notartized statement (even though I passed all the other identity requirements) which is outrageous. Why? Because I talk about a federal judge....lol.

Also, when you request or submit a motion as a member of the press to open sealed documents...they ignore you. I had to go to the clerk's office after waiting for two weeks for my motion to unseal to show up on the docket and push the issue. And "amazingly" it showed up that night. And even more surprisingly, Hagan Scotten wasn't even the AUSA involved in that particular case but he filed a notice of attorney appearance the other day so this ought to be fun.

And with DiNapoli - I'm sure some of you will appreciate this (being sarcastic) - that I'm taking it to another level...lol. We'll see how that goes once I contact the people I need to.

So my question to Google, which will never be answered, the "sensitive events" which I reported on in my podcast, was it "sensitive" to the defendants railroaded by the government or to the judge and prosecutors who did the railroading? I would venture to guess the latter. The censorship is real. It's outrageous.

Episode 2 Preview....all in quotes. I'm still learning the software and when I played it in the program, the timing all lined up right but alas in the uploaded YouTube version...not so much some of it. I'll get the hang of it.

You might be surprised when I get the actual episode up what I have to say about Joe Colombo...but maybe not..lol

Hiding The Truth About Government Informants: David Evangelista and Frank Pasqua III

We're threading themes in a multi-part Episode 2 of Stop the Hammer Podcast. In Part 1, we talk about the government hiding information about informants, specifically David Evangelista and Frank Pasqua III. The next segment we'll speak briefly on Sacco & Vanzetti and Joseph Colombo and how their stories relate to the themes of injustice. Plus, a radical idea on Joseph DiNapoli's quest for home confinement and Steven L. Crea's partial sentencing this past Thursday.

And an update on my quest for Google to let me advertise on YouTube. Though they rejected me for "sensitive events" previously...I had brought it up in one of the episodes criticizing the censorship and I appealed the other day be. You don't really get to state your case...you just check a box. But today, they approved me so I guess when you speak out, you can make changes....

Part 2 of the podcast is up! Joseph Colombo and the Italian American Civil Rights League: Fighting Injustice

Joseph Colombo was a man on a mission when he formed the Italian American Civil Rights League but why wasn't he given the credit he deserved?
