Probably doesnt get out, but if he does, I wonder what he does if he gets released. He is around 76does he retire? Only a few years on the streets out of nearly 30 years. Should retire.

This is an interesting appeal. I don’t remember them referring to this law when he was sentenced i thought it was just Rico with 2 murders automatic life. For instance when Anthony calabrese was sentenced and he got 62 years they mentioned it was specifically cuz of using a firearm in a felony. Doubt this goes anywhere and as stated the other charges were enough for a life sentence.
