Re: Detroit 2020
Alright, my bad
Re: Detroit 2020
I grew up in Clinton Township, then I moved to East Dearborn. Now I live in West Bloomfield. I’m actually right down the street from a Giacalone, off Commerce rd.
Re: Detroit 2020
You know I can’t really speak on Baratta. I really have no info on him. I bet Scott would know. Scott messaged me yesterday about sending some recent pics of Baratta, Corrados, and Toccos who I left out.
Re: Detroit 2020
That’s funny. I know Little Pete moved to the west side. I believe he’s in Farmington or West Bloomfield. I know he married a Chaldean girl and owns a pairing company. I believe it’s called Renaissance Painting. I’ve been told he’s pretty much out of the life, working a 9-5 now. He was a small time bookie for awhile.TommyGambino wrote: ↑Sun Jun 14, 2020 12:00 pm Weren't people on bb calling that little peter tocco a street boss and he's only an associate haha

Re: Detroit 2020
Any signs of cooperation or contact between Detroit and Chicago these days? My understanding is that LaPiana came out of the Grand Ave Crew though I don't know if he was made in Chicago. Any clear indication of how/why he wound up in the D? Family ties?

Could imagine they would be some with LaPiana
Re: Detroit 2020
The last known contact to me was with Jack Tocco and LaPiana. They used to go to the Kentucky derby with then Chi town boss John "No Nose" DiFronzo.PolackTony wrote: ↑Mon Jun 15, 2020 1:20 pm Any signs of cooperation or contact between Detroit and Chicago these days? Hey Tocco,
Nice chart, thanks for pulling together a look into the current landscape.
When you say D’Anna is running his operation independently from the family, do you mean Joe D’Anna is becoming more autonomous from leadership, or has he declared on the street that he’s doing his own thing? I don’t remember if Joe D’Anna was made in Terrasini or Detroit. We’ve see the D’Anna family name on a chart identifying Sicilian mafia members in the US (D’Anna name was tagged in Detroit). Wonder if that plays a role at all.
Also you said you left a few names out of the chart due to no pictures. Who else should go on the chart in your opinion?

Nothing to add except great work....
My only observation....another sicilian, into drugs, acting with autonomy. I dont know why this such a consistent phenomenon...
