Bonnanos Jack Bonventre running auto body shop in dutchess county

I live in Dutchess county New York Poughkeepsie area. The other day I was bullshitting with a buddy and he started telling me that a mon guy owned this auto body shop right here in Poughkeepsie and that he’s always meeting with a group of guys every morning at his shop. So I did some digging it’s called Northside Auto Body and the place is beautiful. Owners name is “Jack Bonventre” and I actually know a kid who is a painter there who says that his boss is connected. So I pretty much was just wondering if it’s the same guy that’s a made Bonnanos member or if anyone has any info...thanks in advance

I found an article that describes Bonventre allegedly turning down an offer to be the Bonanno family's consigliere. "He (Bonventre) turned it down, he didn't want it," Bonanno gangster Vincent Asaro blabbed in a conversation with an associate that was secretly recorded on March 8, 213. "Jack didn't want no part of this no more."

It also says, "Bonventre, 46, is described by his lawyer in the sentencing papers as a hardworking owner of an auto body shop in upstate Orange County ..." However the location of the Northside Auto Body shop is just outside of Orange County. I'm assuming that's a minor geographical error on the writer's side so there's a good chance it's him.

Thanks dude I’ve lived in Poughkeepsie my whole life and have always been interesting in the mob and it’s just kind of crazy finding out that a guy like him lives and operates literally 5 miles down the road from my house lol. Everything at his shop is top of the line he even has legit commercials on tv I see all the time. I have a few friends in the auto body industry around my area and they all say that his shop is taking over and that he’s getting A LOT of business. Just driving by his shop you can tell he’s getting money and is def not hurting for business.

Salvatore Maranzano had a large farm in Poughkeepsie that he used for his stills during Prohibition. Dutchess County is where he and other mobsters got their gun licenses. There used to be records that included photos of Maranzano and Toto D'Aquila, and probably many others until they trashed them, sadly for us.
