Maranzano’s captains
Hello fellas, I wanna know your opinions about, what guys were a captains on the Maranzano’s admin in 1931 We know that Jangelo Caruso was underboss and Joe Bonanno was a captain. Probably a “kids of future day” also were a captains: Vincent Danna, Gaspare Digregorio, Natale Evola.
Probably a Francesco italiano, future consigliere of Joe Bonanno, and John Tartamella and Frank Garofalo.

Bill Bonanno (from info from his father) also named the following as early Capos.
Vincent D'Anna, Sebastiano “Buster” Domingo, Charles DiBenedetto, Joseph Colletti, Biagio Restivo, Natale Evola, Anthony “Tony” Canzonieri and Vincenzo Tarantola. Though it is unclear if they were Capos under Marazano. I believe Domingo for sure was.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

Vito Bonventre was a "group leader", as Joe Bonanno called it, under Schiro and likely under Maranzano as well. Although Bonventre was killed soon after Maranzano took over from Schiro.

I asked more or less the same question a few months ago, some more names came out: viewtopic.php?f=32&t=4339

Re: Maranzano’s captains
One question...is it Canzonieri, Canzioneri or Canzoneri? Or maybe they are three different names?

In his book Joe Bonanno explains that he was inducted after having stood up to Domenic "Mimi" Sabella who is described as a capo

Re: Maranzano’s captains
For John Canzoneri I discussed it some time ago with the great grandson of Dragna on FB, he thinks he's a relative, but nothing sure
