They don't have a hard on for "Tommy" (first name basis) at all. The Judge didn't even give him the maximum sentence in the first place. He got 224 months instead of 240. He should serve the entire sentence. "Tommy the Hero " was lucky he got a mixed verdict in the first place from his jury of peers. The Judge who denied the motion to be released outlined his whole argument perfectly & clearly & made the defense lawyer's motion look silly.

224 months instead of 240 is no break, and they the judge did have it out for him by kicking it back to the BOP.
