Can anyone remember the name of the outfit guy who flipped and died before he could become effective ?? Calabrese was the first to testify but there was someone else who flipped before him . I'm not talking about Patrick , eto , Cain etc , I'm sure the guy was made ??

As far as I recall, there were no made men going to testify against the Outfit. Except for a proposed member during the Hollywood trial, I forget his name, but he disappeared months before the trial. Someone from Chicago can answer that question better than me. There was also an associate that was called as a witness for the prosecution, but he was killed Arizona.

Guys - what about Frank Cullotta? He turned informant against The Outfit when he learned that Tony Spilotro was planning to wack him?

Not sure how or where he ranks on the rat list of Chicago because I believe he was never made?

Cullotta was never made. Victor Arrigo was another guy who was allegedly made but never testified in a criminal trial. He did testify at a few hearings, though.

Scarpelli did the right thing though he hung himself in the shower at the Chicago mcc instead of testifying he never hurt anyone

Butch Blasi being an CI, is not out of the realm of possibilities. But that is a hard pill to swallow if he was.
