The following attachments are from Ronald Jarrett's FBI file. The attachments are from September 1981. Can anyone identify the redacted names given the sparse info?

Gerald Shallow is the last one. One of those listed is almost certainly James D'Antonio, as he was part of Chicago's "Top Thief" list for most of his life. Frank Cullotta is probably the one listed as associated with Tony Spilotro. Jerry Scalise is second-from-bottom.

One report named D'Antonio as Louis Eboli's successor heading the Grand Avenue crew. He was very close to Lombardo.
