What more can you tell me about D'Angelo and the Mafia's activities there? I had never heard of this guy.
I'm from Columbus and have always wondered why the Cleveland family or Pittsburgh never really seemed to have much of a presence there, even though one would assume it has potential for a huge sports betting book and related rackets. It's a pretty big town.

Were Gallo and Sinito doing trafficking in the time of Scalish? Did Calogero Moceri oppose drug trafficking? It seems a little bit convenient that the family starts heavily in drug trafficking about the same time the underboss is murdered with convenient a scapegoats to take the blame. Maybe just my dirty mind at work.
Quite a few of them were older and some were semi retired.

James Martino, Cleveland mob associate and go between for Eugene Ciasullo and Joe Iaocabacci. Recently indicted on murder for hire charges on a very strange case in Las Vegas.

Has anybody found out who the "intended" target was? Supposedly, a former made guy. Anybody have a copy of the indictment with the intended victim's name on it? This guy is a true dummy trying a murder for hire at this day in age
