Yeah I meant he grew up there...wasnt clear.

Joe Z was Little Italy guy was a capo in the 90s as well .. All guys from 5 famiys would come see him ..He was very close with Joe Botch Corraro,
Vinny Aloi and more.. You would never know he was , perfect gentlemen . His power comes from always being close with
Chin, Benny Eggs and Bronx /Harlem crew,,
