The guy with the hat in 5 and 6 is Piacenti I believe. I thought he was the other bald guy but I saw a different photo of Piecenti's face from that period and it matches closely... was misled by the hat.

Agreed on Mangano. Still crazy to me that Anastasia got away with the unsanctioned Mangano murders based solely on a "he was trying to kill me first" excuse. Makes you wonder if he had an agreement with some other Commission members behind the scenes.
