Re: sal vitale
You'll need to get the trial transcripts.
Get the case number, federal docket.
Then take that to or call the court records division, at that courthouse and get the names and contact info of the court reporters on the court dates concerned.
Contact the respective court reporters and give them the dates, and docket #.
They will give you a price they charge for transcription, could be $175/hr or less depending on social engineering skills.
Good luck.

thanks for the info
Re: sal vitale
Transcripts are actually usually pretty easy I never paid extra for those as they are easy to find. When I requested trial exhibits etc that required digging that was when it became difficult. I got the family secrets transcripts in Chicago for the cost of the paper copies

Reign I don't know about New York but could a request to the clerk of court (or whoever in NYC) for the recording from the court room itself yield what he wants at a lesser cost. All courtrooms are wired up with microphones called the Blue Man, they even pick up whispers. Unless it is some secret hearing whereby they don't want that information released I would think that is another way to go about acquiring the desired recorded information. They usually issue the request on a CD. Again unless I am wrong about this as it pertains to NYC. I have seen it in other jurisdictions and states.500YearReign wrote: ↑Fri Mar 20, 2020 4:41 am You'll need to get the trial transcripts.

If the transcripts were highlighted on the list and available to click and download, I would have posted them all to TBH last night.

This is sixteen years later we are talking about and it's not public?
The whole trial?
Am I missing something here?

Agreed. Why isn't there also released wiretaps and files of older stuff either unredacted. It is bullshit.500YearReign wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2020 2:28 pm This is sixteen years later we are talking about and it's not public?
