He was living at the shore in Ventnor which is the next town over from Margate on Absecon Island (same island AC is on). He may still even live there. All the Philly guys are in Margate AC and Longport - Lou stayed/stays well clear of those areas where the Philly guys hang.

Correct, my bad. Persico died in Devens, IIRC, and Madoff is there now. If it’s as bad as Targen says then it’s a shame that they send all the geriatrics like Persico and Vic Orena there with max-security inmates.
