Philadelphia Family Bloodlines
I'm trying to compile a list of bloodlines involvement that's multi-generational or intermarried.
Pre-50's
Salvatore Sabella - Leonardo Galante; brother in laws. (CDG)
Scafidis (I need to sort out) (BM)
Maggios (need to sort)
Piccolo - Scarfo - Leonetti - Grande (wasn't Wayne Grande related to Scarfo?) (RC)
Post 50's
-Narducci father and sons
-Joe Ligambi- George Borgesi; uncle and nephew
-Ciancaglini father and sons
-Merlino brothers and son/nephew.
-John Stanfa and son
I need to iron these out with more information but any help would be appreciated.

Re: Philadelphia Family Bloodlines
Wayne Grande married Salvatore Piccolo's sister (I think Dom Grande might also be related to the Mazzones through marriage but I'm not sure)
Some more bloodlines that spring to mind:
Frank DePasquale is a cousin of the Ciancaglinis (though I'm still searching for audio of the court session where DePasquale was identified as a member)
Michael Lancellotti is Albert Lancellotti's uncle
Nicholas Virgilio and Michael Virgilio (though I'm still looking for confirmation of Michael's membership)
Charles Iannece and Vincent Iannece (though I'm questioning whether Vincent was made)
Ralph Staino was Anthony Staino's uncle
Anthony Pungitore, Anthony Pungitore Jr and Joseph Pungitore (I think there was also a Sam Pungitore - B. might know more about this)
Francis 'Snuffy' Iannarella and Francis 'Faffy' Iannarella Jr

Re: Philadelphia Family Bloodlines
You also have the Testa's. Three generations of members (Salvatore, Philip and Salvatore/Salvy).
Chin is correct about Sam Pungitore. That is three generations of Pungitore members. Same with the Grandes (John, his sons Wayne and Joe and Wayne's son Dominic). The Scafiids have 4 generations of members.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.
Re: Philadelphia Family Bloodlines
Scafidis have Gaetano, Sam, Joe, Sam, Rocco, Sal and Tom.
Dominic Rugnetta is Joe Rugnetta's nephew.
Anthony Casella and Peta Casella were brothers. John Capello was Pete Casella's brother-in-law and Peter F. Casella was their cousin.
Marconi brothers, Sciglitanos, Perellas, Romeos, there are brothers, nephews, cousins all over this thing.

Milano Brothers.
Re: Philadelphia Family Bloodlines
Sam Pungitore was most likely Rosario Pungitore (b. 1897). He wasn't Anthony Sr.'s father, who was named Antonio/Anthony and was out of the picture early (Anthony Pungitore Sr. grew up in his uncle Ralph Martino's home, hence Pungitore's alias "Ralph Martino"), but there must be a relation to Sam given how rare their surname is. Probably an uncle or second cousin.
Not sure if you're including marital ties or only blood relation but including both:
Giuseppe Rugnetta
Saverio Rugnetta, brother of Joe (possible member, murdered late 1920s)
Dominick Rugnetta, nephew of Joe Rugnetta
Nicodemo Piccolo, nephew of Joe Rugnetta (biological aunt's husband)
Joseph Piccolo, " "
Michael Piccolo, " "
Anthony Piccolo, cousin of Piccolo brothers
Nicodemo Scarfo, nephew of Piccolo brothers
Philip Leonetti, nephew of Scarfo
Nicodemo Scarfo Jr., son of Scarfo (Lucchese family member)
Salvatore Piccolo, nephew of Anthony Piccolo
Domenic Grande, nephew of Salvatore Piccolo
Salvatore Casella
Antonio Casella (possible member, murdered early)
Peter Casella, son of S.Casella
Anthony Casella, " "
Peter Casella, nephew of S.Casella
Giovanni Cappello, in-law of Casellas via daughter
Salvatore Cappello, brother of Giovanni
John Cappello Jr., son of Cappello + brother-in-law of Pete Casella
Francesco Barrale
Giuseppe Scafidi, in-law of Barrale
Gaetano Scafidi, brother of Joe Scafidi
Salvatore Scafidi, son of Gaetano

Samuel Scafidi, son of Giuseppe
Anthony Perella, brother-in-law of Joe Scafidi
Joseph Perella, " " + brother of Tony Perella
Gaetano Scafidi Jr. - grandson of Salvatore Scafidi
