Most of them don't have prints. When you remove hi res omnipresent surveillance and the fact we appreciate carry a device that logs our every move and our every convo it becomes really easy to kill people.
Up until 2000 or late 90s they just needed to be able to leave the scene and not be caught there.

He's been out for a while now. Last I heard he was up here in NY, but he's also got a place down in Fla so goes back and forth.
