Re: Philly 1982 Photo Help
The Philly family tried to shake the Turras down in the 80s which led to problems between them also.

Dew was the one who Nic was talking to on that wiretap talking about the lions and the lambs and he said he didn't care if john gotti came to him you tell him to come down to federal street or some shit.
Sorry. Wrong Frank
Re: Philly 1982 Photo Help
Yep, that was Micali. Nicodemo was telling him to be less flashy, stop driving expensive cars, etc. as it made people jealous... how there wasn't as much money going around as there used to be. When he mentioned that it didn't matter if "John Gotti's son" or "Carlo Gambino's son" came around, what he was saying was that he (Nicodemo) was a made guy so that put them all on equal ground. I would love to see 80-year-old Tommy Gambino stop by South Philly and try to mess with young Philly associates, haha.Cheech wrote:B. wrote:Be curious if Michael Micali is related to current associate Dew Micali, who was under Nicodemo and probably with Narducci now.

Anyway, Micali was a great baseball player when he was young, some people thought he could have been a pro.

Really nice chart Christie. I like how you made it in the style of the Valachi charts.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.
