Good post but this article says nothing, absolutely nothing, that isn't known from Schrandt's book. I don't buy it. I've said it before, Sheeran is either the Forest Gump of the mob or he's full of shit. A lot more likely the latter, for sure.

The "gentle don" with his "non-violent stance", gimme a break. I don't have any special insight but I really think that writers overrate how "docile" Bruno supposedly was.

There's been so many "" the reason and who was truly behind and who carried out the hit" theories and bullshit out there. All I think is it had to be a Commission ordered or approved hit.But that isn't for sure either. I've also read things like Chicago and Kansas City were vehemently against Hoffa regainning his Teamsters position. I read the book and don't remember Bruno being a lead figure in the murder.

I think LE had it right to begin with, but everybody kept from talking and snitching. Detroit, Genoveses, Bufalinos.

With Bufalino in town, I just don't see it's a coincidence. With him in town, if he wasn't involved, I just don't see them leaving him hanging like that.

Same with Tony Pro, is some other family going to just use his name for a meeting, and get him involved as a suspect, no. So what I'm saying is that Detroit Pro and Bufalino all had to have been told before hand of what was going on, even if they had nothing to do with it.

Bruno offed all sorts of people, and according to Leonetti he greenlighted Nicky Scarfo's killing spree in Atlantic City in the late 70s.

Testa, Scarfo, and Stanfa, were relatively more trigger happy but they were bosses during post-Bruno chaos while Bruno was not a wartime boss.
My problem is I hate everybody.
