Didn't that start out due to the fact they killed some of Luisi's family and they left him out in the cold and he reached out to Philly for protection, Or they stepped in ? I dont think N.E.could really do much today, Theyve been really weakened over the years and are probably in no position today to say anything to Philly or NY
