Some guy in that link you posted wrote that both Jerry and Anthony are made. I take it the feds have never published anything confirming their official status?

I havent seen anything from the feds confiriming Jerry or anthony being made , i had the same questions you did i never found the answer. the only thing is Jerry was indicted as a associate i think it was like 2006 though i linked the copy below. so I guess we assume there not made until proven otherwise ?

There have been news features on Fiorino regarding his paddle ball skill going back about 20 years. As an athlete in that sport he's been considered one of the the best, if not the best in that sport.
