Each descending box is succession. The 6 categories are Boss, Acting Boss, Underboss, Acting Underboss, Consigliere and Acting Consigliere. For example: John Gotti became boss in 1985, Frank DeCicco Under and Joe N Gallo remaining Consig. Boxes, 1, 3 and 5 would have Gotti, DiCicco and Gallo as Boss, Under, Consig. DeCicco is murdered and I think Armone replaced him? Box under DeCicco is going to have Armone's name? Make sense?

The above graph is the Colombo admin changeovers from 1988 to 1993. I'm focused on the Colombo War, there were two admins: Orena on one side and someone on the other. I need the lineage of each faction.

I don’t recall Micciotta ever being an acting underboss. He was acting capo over the old Russo crew, that’s about it I think. I will help you out with this when I get the chance CC, although we’ll need to enlist Pogo, B., Wiseguy and others with perhaps more information than myself.

Didn't intend to imply he was. From what the other thread said Micciotti was direct with the under, but then Cutolo's son said he came over w 3 soldiers and became an acting capo.

My lst:
"--" = soldier
"----" = associate

I made one years ago on RD, unless someone saved it it's been lost.

Pretty good but incorrect in more than a few places;
- Gioeli, Calabro and Competiello were never on the Orena side. They were all staunch Persico loyalists who took part in murder and murder conspiracies on behalf of their faction.
- Both Anthony 'Chucky' Russo and Joseph 'JoJo' Russo were named as official capos, not acting. Chucky took over the Scarpati crew (even though Scarpati was still listed as an incarcerated capo around this time), and Joseph 'JoJo' Russo took over Andrew 'Andy Mush' Russo's crew.
- Ralph Lombardo was a capo.
- Nicky Grancio was a capo.
- Salvatore Profaci was a capo.
- I believe Joseph Baudanza may have taken over the Scopo Crew IIRC, and he also ended up briefly succeeding Scopo as Orena acting underboss until the war ended.

It's quite obsolete, I made it nearly a decade ago. I want to remake it with more accurate intel and much improved photoshop skills. I think the Hierarchy I began on page 1 is a good start.

Didn't realize you made it CC. Hope I didn't offend.

Also, where possible, it would naturally be better to use more photos from the actual war era. There are older photos available of Andrew Russo, Teddy Persico, Richie Fusco, and various others. I can help out if need be.

Certainly no offense taken. In fact, I very much like how you pointed out exactly what was wrong and explained things. I found it rather enlightening.

My pleasure. I pretty much saved any type of a graphic chart (yours and others) that was either on the old RD or current BH. Let me go back and I'll repost yours when I get a chance. Thanks for doing all of this!
