I live right around the corner from one and go about once a week. There's a lot of them in Vegas.

I like Japanese barbecue even better.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

Pogo, you should audition for the new Sopranos movie. You could probably teach all the actors their lines. lol :)

Flushing is 70% Asian. Before broadening out to other Asian groups, the Asians that came to Flushing were mostly non-Cantonese speakers, so they didn't fit in with the Cantonese speaking immigrants from Manhattan's Chinatown.
KISS's first performance was at a club on KISSena Blvd in Flushing.

The visuals were acceptable, but the acoustics were way off.

I posted this in the "sleeper" thread, but thought I'd crosspost it here.

Anyone have any info on a "Gus Sobella"? I found him on a few Bonanno membership lists made in the early 60s, and then one report where the FBI tried to find him but could only find a "Gus Sobella", who was apparently a early Luciano crew member/solider, and another guy who was killed in his late twenties. I'm thinking there was never a "Gus Sobella" with the Bonanno's, but thought I'd post here in case anyone else had any info.

Was the Billy Batts killed by Tommy DeSimone really a made member of the Gambinos? According to Wikipedia he was made in the 1960s. But since the books were closed in '57 I therefore wonder whether he was a made man.
