Look at the fender when the first guy pulls up, it's just someone on foot either with a hidden camera or has it in the open. You can see him walk from the door of that car to the fender. Looks like a trenchcoat maybe?

Ok. I'll accept you guys concluding it to be someone standing there in the open with a camcorder or whatever the hell they had back then. But what I can't understand is how were they allowed to stand there with a camera and not be bothered or chased? Talk about having a pair of cogliones. Minga! You never would have seen anything like that when Carlo Gambino was alive. But there again Carlo Gambino would never have acted that way in the first place or approved of this people acting like that by showing off acting flashy in public and making a display of themselves. But the video is very interesting nevertheless. Question: At the end in front of the ice cream truck Peter Gotti and George DeCicco are asking someone if they want anything (ice cream). Are they asking the person holding the camera? Boy, you don't get your ass kicked but they give you ice cream instead. Nice.

If you'll listen to the old woman at the end, she tells the guy that poses for the camera that "he's been taking pictures" or something like that. I'll admit I didn't think it was someone just standing there either, but once I seen him move in the reflection of the car and when the old woman in the window says what she says I knew he had to be in the open. Crazy either way

Why would they go after them, that makes them look more suspicious and they would get in trouble. It’s not like the guy was in private property, he was recording on the street. For all the people that don’t recognize them they are just a bunch of friends meeting up for an espresso and a hand of cards at the local club, nothing illegal happening.

True, and they know the FBI and Police are often taking pictures, usually from vans. They are walking, buying ice cream, and hanging out, no reason to run or attack a photographer.
