I was never an admirer of Frankie Locascio. But give him his due - in the Cirelli tapes when Gotti is squaking about Sammy and his companies - Frankie did say - hey - he's downstairs - why don't we bring him up here and straighten this all out. Gotti of course backed down. Frankie's kid - Tory - acted like an asshole in Patsy Porello's restaurant on Arthur Ave. All because ewho his father was. Patsy did the right thing of slapping him down in public even though he was made. For Frankie to hire an Albanian gang to take out Patsy's son was overboard and Frankie - you ain't bever getting out.
