Oh most definitely Cabrini, recycled materials are used in the manufacture of cement, even plastics in Portland cement if you can believe it. To what percentage and degree this is done I'm not sure.

I know that Camorra used to mix trash with concrete to get rid of it,sometimes even radioactive trash,causes people living in that building to get cancer.
