This may turn out to be someone with a personal grudge for some reason but they still had to think it through and getting him outside the house by reversing into his car and then talking to hit instead of just blasting away shows some calculation on the shooters part

I think this was still a hit...the shooter in the truck went there looking to kill Cali. There's no way he's calm enough to shake hands and hand the plate back and then just loses it for no reason over an accident he caused and executed a random guy in his own driveway. I dont think the blue truck was parked at his house either or we'd know that too, and that shows planning for the disposal of the truck.

If this is the guy he will be covered in gunshot residue and with the prints on the plate it will be a slam dunk, we just need to find out if it was an ordered mob hit or a personal beef
