yeah its a good name to run a gambling operation ,
to my knolwege no Mike was not connected anyone in lcn in cleveland at least anyone of note
, some of the people in the article wheere connected with bozey bucci at least in the 90;s

As far as the Clubs and Charitable Organizations I used to Dock my 26 foot Chris Craft Boat at Craftsmen Park. I remember Some of the Games and Even AHEPA organization and a few others where Mike Moneypenny operated. I think I remember meeting him one time. No recollection of anything other than other people knew him. He didn't mean anything to me.

The Supreme Court of the United States Just ruled against State and Local Governments doing excessive fines in the Indiana case just a day or two ago so it may be a tough row to hoe at this point for Stark County and the State to get the money with the Supreme Court Ruling.

The Supreme Court of the United States Just ruled against State and Local Governments doing excessive fines in the Indiana case just a day or two ago so it may be a tough row to hoe at this point for Stark County and the State to get the money with the Supreme Court Ruling.

I have my Doubts that will apply here but I guess we will see how a lawyer can spin it , the feds claim this was a million dollar operation and seizing the gambling proceeds the ferruccios had stashed in safe deposit boxes in various banks in Ohio and one on Florida
This isn’t a 500 dollar crime and there going after the million I think that’s what that ruling is about
