Just a thought...Westmoreland County was under tight control by the Mannarino’s and later Sonny Ciancutti. Ciancutti still lives in Arnold, he’s about 86/87. Bobby’s son has been taking this operation over for the last 15 years. Cracks me up that Bobby still likes the day to day life.

Rodney was caught up in Operation Pork Chop, with Ronald Melocchi for the video poker. He along with Kirk Mollica, son of Primo Mollica, longtime kingpin bookmaker in Glassport, PA. Primo was close to Chucky Porter. Joe Nistico, longtime Clairton, PA bookmaker and Nicky Scarfo’s brother in law was caught up in that bust as well.

If I was getting 50 to a 100 grand a week, I could overlook someone being a rat. Avoiding the big sentence that comes with murder. These guys are old and have kind of smartened up a little. The heat it would draw would also be bad for business.
