The funny thing is now these days the Newark crew is just one big bookmaking ring. Scoops was and is always a big money maker though.

That’s the name of the game though, make dollars and if you get done, it’s a light bid. High profit, low downside. Why any of these Wiseguys do anything other than run book is beyond me.

Wonder if Scoops and Big Lou added a few more guys to that crew ,seems like it’s a small one. Especially for it being All of North Jersey .

As far as we know the made guys in North Jersey are Licata, Fazzini, Centorino, Olivieri, Servidio and Joey Grande (I think was put under Licata after he got out because of the beef with Joe Pungitore). Vito Malgeri had been mentioned as a proposed member as is a good possibility for one of the five who were inducted in 2015 but that's all we know about I think.

I think it was partly greed, but I think it was actually the DISRESPECT of losing a sitdown to someone he probably considered beneath him in LCN.... like... the affontery of it he never got over...

Just a thought.....

In my view he gets high marks for just trying to use the word.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

What choice does he leave us? You need allies to do what your thinking about.

It was Uncle Junior from the Sopranos. Earlier in the conversation he used the word effrontery.
