He popped up to give us a diet libertarian rant after three years.

I'm not aware of him intentionally putting out false information. I've read his blog a few times and I've also seen the documentary on him that you can watch on Youtube. I'm not sure what he was like on RD as I wasn't a member. I just thought it would be interesting to hear his perspective as he was close to the Colombos.

Wasn't Kenji a poster on RD? It would be cool to have him on here and hear his thoughts on Teddy's recent release.
Kenji makes stuff up as he goes along. I read that his real last name is not Gallo, it's some Japanese name.

They can be out during the day time, but I believe they need to have employment.
In about 90 days if he doesn't get in trouble they will send him to his house with confinement and check ins.

But wont be more easy if Teddy become the real boss and allie boy a sort of front boss? Like Tony Salerno for Chin Gigante.

gohnjotti wrote: Tue Jan 07, 2020 4:31 am I guess we also need to look at what a person benefits from an induction. I don't see Michael Persico benefiting in any way. The Persico surname holds just as much weight in 2010 (when Michael was rubbing shoulders and calling the shots on the family's ruling panel) as it does in 2020. There is still a Persico at the top, and Carmine Persico still had a hardcore following at the time of his death, as evidenced by every crew in the Colombos sending a representative to his funeral in March 2019.

You can make the argument about whether or not a crime family is legitimate if an associate is helping to call the shots, but I don't think this is important enough to call the family's legitimacy into question. Perhaps, down the road, a member from another crime family might refuse to give Michael the proper respect of a made guy, and perhaps there will be an altercation down the road that calls Michael's legitimacy into question. That would be the only occasion where I can see Michael considering getting an induction into the crime family. But before it comes to that, Michael still has the rest of the Colombos to represent him in any sit-down if need be. I mean, Skinny Teddy is in a halfway house already. Nobody would fuck with Michael Persico knowing that Michael is the only person keeping a leash on his cousin Teddy.
Michael is too smart to get straightened out. If he hasn’t after all these years he sure as hell won’t be after going to jail. I thought it was his father who specifically didn’t want him made. I always thought that interesting about the chin how he didn’t want his kids in the life and wouldn’t straighten out Andrew but Vincent got made.

I agree with Gohn, Michael isn’t an associate in the traditional sense. He’s the son of the recently deceased boss, brother of the likely current boss, and he’s related to virtually everyone else in power.

He doesn’t need a button, all that would do is make it more likely he gets locked up with a long prison sentence due to Rico. If he stays an associate his lawyers can say, “He’s not made” to a jury and hope he gets a slap on the wrist.

This is like some shit the Genovese would do.

Have there been any full length write ups on Michael?
