Dave: But we have Chickie Narducci, big shot, known as a tough guy from way back, taking pictures with people obviously outside his element. Could this be a sign that Chickie is recruiting, potentially recruiting, guys and even girls who are not even Italian to, you know, back his play against Merlino and his guys?
GA: Errr, I'm not really sure what it means. I mean, we know that Chickie's been very busy with his fishing fleet, he just opened a new restaurant and looks like he's doing pretty well. Does he really want to get back into it? I dunno.
Dave: When you think about it, if Narducci were to recruit unknown faces, how would the guys react to that? Being on the lookout for other wiseguys is one thing but to have to literally watch out for anyone, it could be Stanfa all over again. That all just kinda shows you at what level Chickie Narducci is playing at.

I said the same thing the other day. The Merlino faction is the sons/brothers/nephews/cousins/etc. of the Scarfo faction. They are one and the same.
