put simply, "In the last 20-25 yrs, are there any rats whose testimony is truthful and not having multiple domestic violnce or other crimes/bad shit done after cooperting. im driving so i may not be clear. Do you believe at least 75 percent of what they testify to?

From what I've read, I always felt that Massino's flipping was out of desperation at that point. I can't think of another modern boss who came that close to the death penalty.
