He was listed as one of three leaders of the East Coast LCN Enterprise along with Parrello and Onofrio. The indictment still listed him as the boss of the Philly family.

It's weird how LE in some ways has regressed, this case being a great example. It reminds me of the DeCavalcante tapes where they're talking about how Sam DeCavalcante was listed as an NJ captain for Joe Profaci on a government chart they saw. This "East Coast Enterprise" idea is something that could have been lifted straight from the old FBN profiles.

Thanks for posting.

Really Merlino is no longer the boss of Philly, now he is a capo of the Genovese

The FBI has more important things going on these days. No, not terrorist. Porn stars.
LOL. That was the high point of the Cohen raid. Now they're reduced to checking out his finances regarding taxi medallions, etc. The Trump part that they bullshitted the judge about is pretty much over. Even the Trump love child thing cratered after the ex of the doorman, paid by the Enquirer to come up with something, referenced his ranting about frequent sightings of Bigfoot in NY. Can't piss off the FBI or the CIA, as the Kennedys found out.
No, people certainly shouldn't do that! Haha. I was certain the FBI would've at least uncovered, in addition to any hooker receipts, that Stormy Daniels was actually, KGB undercover operative Storminsky Danielstov. But, alas, no such luck!

And Rubeo's were....?
At least Joey's evidence made it out of the FBI office. I had an entire day of recordings "lost" because of 3 or 4 minutes of potentially exculpatory audio evidence (or to Sullivan, self-serving evidence) that I remembered I had said to the CW during a phone call, on a specific day, my son's birthday in May of 2012. I asked the government, in writing, for any tapes on this specific day on which I remembered certain things were discussed with the CW. Incredibly, none existed. I wish I had that recording, not because it could've helped me, it probably wouldn't have, but because of the mother fucking I gave to the (recently blinded in one eye due to a beating from an unknown attacker) CW (the rat). All he ever wanted to talk about with me were illegal schemes, and I had had enough and laid into him. Asked him if he needed to lose another eyeball to learn his lesson, and that this new doomed venture (stealing baled cardboard from Home Depot and Lowes) he laid out before me isn't the way men become successful in this business. Denied, scolded and chided, he hung up defeated and didn't call me back until a day before people with windbreakers showed up, uninvited, I may add, for a little 39 month long party.

Thanks for the comments on the thread, UTC. Enjoyed reading them [emoji23]

The standards were never the best and the brightest, and they don't pay for that. They're standard issue government employees. People assume they are special, but we fund unlimited time and resources for them, and change the laws and sentencing guidelines to make them look good, so that they can now do the job. It's no horrible reflection on them. It's a good job for them.

Coming out of law school, it was always a standing joke that the bottom of the class could always still get a job with the FBI or other government jobs except SEC, NLRB and federal judge clerkships, and a number did.
The dumbest or least experienced Lawyers work for the Government alongside all the $8.00 an hour McDonald's workers who are also there to serve the public with their wonderful social skills and competent problem solving attributes.

This was worth reading just for the part about Manna and Scarfo Jr. being pals in prison.
Yeah, especially when one is in Fairton and the other is on Schuylkill.
You're right, Manna is in Schuylkill and Scarfo is in Fairton. BWAHAHAHAHAHAH

Ever heard of a 45 man racketeering case where every single one of the 45 defendants get the racketeering charges dropped and then have the case referred to as a "smashing success on paper"? Yeah, me neither! LOL

Agree with your top statement 100%. I don’t necessarily disagree about the anti trump stuff just don’t want to de rail thread and take the spotlight away from what I consider to be much more relevant to OC which we are here to talk about. BTW I used to be Crispin on real deal and porellos site.recognize a lot of usernames from RD and think it’s only fair people know who I am/was. Had some disagreements and agreements with some people here but to me it’s all water under the bridge. Happy to hear all opinions.
