Multiple patrons being accosted? Sounds more than a little scuffle here
Are you reading something different than I am? It doesn’t say ‘multiple patrons were accosted’ that’s more of you imagining again. It says the guy Rooster was drunk and staff approached him about his behavior after which he acted belligerently that’s when the Cicero crew guys stepped in and it ended in a fight. If that’s far fetched scenario to you maybe you should get out more.
For some reason they have a chip on their shoulder against Scott because he charges a membership to have access to content.
Its blatantly obvious they hate the guy because of that.
Is it that blatantly obvious? I pay Jerry Capeci and multiple Patreons - where people can back up their stories and facts.
Name me one indictment of defamation of character that Scott has ever faced?
I have a number for you......... 0. He has never been convicted of lying about anyone and twisting stories to make them look bad.
Until then, all it is for the most part people with their panties in a bunch because they don't like that he charges for his content.
I hate to give you a civics lesson, but you don’t get indicted for defamation/libel/slander, rather someone files a civil lawsuit against you seeking damages. The reason Scott has never been sued (at least I’m assuming he hasn’t) is because they are mobsters. A convicted, criminally charged, or FBI identified made member can’t sue saying that Scott is damaging their reputation. By definition, they have already tarnished their own reputation, so even if what he prints is untrue, realistically they have no recourse. My second point is, what made man would want to draw interest to themselves by suing someone? You do realize they would have to be deposed, under oath, where Scott’s lawyers would ask, “are you a made member of a mafia family?”
So, to your point, him not being sued has nothing to do with the information being accurate.
