I think you got it with your first point. Sammy spoke about a moment when he saw toddo realize he had been in on it. Sammy reassured him he was in no danger so toddo got the message.

I actually can’t wait till Sammy dies, so we can get his file and see how much of his tales are bullshit.

Like in a taped convo with Gotti, he claims he was only at Paul’s house 4 times. Nowadays he makes it seem like he was Paul’s ace goombah

I thought Gravano was pretty clear that after Castellano was killed, at the meeting where they made Gotti boss that Gravano and Angelo Ruggiero were the only soldiers there.

Yes I think he may have been acting captain but if not he was a soldier yea. He was acting at some point but not sure exactly when and for how long.
