Stroccos has an excellent track record of finding previously unknown info from government docs, court proceedings,
etc.

It'd be interesting but unsurprising if Agnello maintains contact with Gambino members given how many he came up around and his longtime membership.
Co signed. Stroccos very stellar reputation and a real good guy.
thanks gentlemen ,
I am talking only about the prior case which is almost ten years old now , he was dealing with the guys in NYC , don't know what's he's up to in 2024.

I think it’s fair to question if Agnello is still involved with the Gambinos. His last bust was basically for the same federal charges from the early 200’s, but was handled locally. To me, it seems like the feds would jump all over this if they could tie him back to NY. Does that mean he isn’t kicking up, no, but it should give pause to those who assume that he is under the assumption that he hasn’t been “shelved”. I doubt the NY hierarchy would want much to do with him at this point and he’s far enough away that he doesn’t interfere with anything they have going on. I give it about 80/20 he isn’t kicking up anymore.

Hey Stroccos if you could "fact check" my posts in this thread and let me know if the info I get from my Cleveland people is solid that would be great.

Also I just now figured out that your name is "Saint Rocco's (Parish, in Cleveland)."
yeah looks pretty good , if they didn't indict the staffing guys with the big scandal in 2008 there probably good now,
sams son donated 250k to a trump/republican superpac . that is the kind of money they have made over the years.

yeah the parish festival is next week

Some posters have said that Agnello was shelved but I don’t think there’s anything more than hearsay to back that up.

Not a lot of NYC mobsters operating in the Midwest.

Done some very brief reading and looks like the Cleveland arrest was very local i.e. by Cleveland police so there would not have been any major fbi/mafia investigation relating directly to that I would think. I would be surprised if there’s any wiretaps from that case but does not mean burnsteins claim is false

According to who?
According to Carmine Agnello
Oh, did he give press release or something?
he broadcast on wrat , he was caught on a wire tap

And where is this info coming from? It's important that you're clear because Newyorkempire is getting really excited, as you can see, and he would be devastated if it turned out you were just bullshitting.
